The Perfect Day sets up all rentals at the time of delivery.

At the time of delivery and pick-up, the site needs to be cleared of all obstructions.

If tent is being set up, site check can be required for accessibility.

Tents are required to be anchored. Depending on the ground surface, the following can be used: Iron stakes, concrete blocks, or water barrels. If water barrels used, the renter must have access to water on site at the renters cost.

No cooking or open flames are allowed under any tent.

Prices subject to reduction with the purchase of package.

The renter is responsible for obtaining and paying for any permits and taxes required by the local Fire Marshall.

Most deliveries within Comal County are subject to a small delivery fee which includes pick-up. Any delivery outside the county
will be based on mileage.
