Colton and I have known each other since I was a freshman in high school, and his red mustang has been a part of our relationship for almost just as long. It was the car we took to both his and my senior prom so it was important to us to have it be part of our wedding!

We started dating Colton's senior year of high school and it has been the best adventure ever since. We've gone through everything together! From long distance and going to college, to moving in together and graduating. So many amazing road trips and date nights, getting our first puppy together. Then getting engaged and planning for a wedding!

Planning a wedding is crazy in itself, and adding everything that has happened in 2020, it was maybe our biggest adventure yet!

Having Heather as our Day Of Coordinator was the biggest blessing we could have asked for during this crazy time. We never felt stressed or anxious because we knew Heather was going to take care of us and make sure we had the wedding we always dreamed about. She contacted our vendors to double and triple check they were all on the same page. She answered all and any questions we had to give us peace of mind. On the day of the wedding, the only thing Colton and I had to worry about was saying "I Do." We cannot thank her enough for everything she did to ensure our Perfect Day was PERFECT!

Thank you Heather! You're amazing!

PRIVATE RESIDENT

Amber and I have known of each other since elementary school, but never really played or hung out. After college we randomly reconnected and started dating. We had our ups and downs and we both moved all around the country, but we truly couldn’t stay away from each other. I visited Amber, a travel nurse, at each of her temporary homes/places of work over the last 5 years, while I was still living in Wyoming. Then, she moved back to our hometown around her birthday. She had no idea that I had already designed a ring with my late grandmother's diamond, and on her birthday I made the trip back to Tx, and while she was working out, I snuck outside to ask her parents for their permission to marry her... and of course they said yes. Later that night her family and friends came over to celebrate her birthday. She opened all her gifts and mine was the last. I told her to close her eyes, because I hadn't wrapped it and when she opened them I was on one knee with ring in hand. Once we made it official, I packed up and moved back to TX to start our lives together!
Leading up to the wedding I wasn’t really nervous.
However, we never could have predicted how covid19 would impact our wedding day. With each passing day, it became more and more clear that our dreams to have our closest family and friends by our sides on this day, wasn't going to be a reality. We made the very difficult decision to postpone our wedding, knowing that we couldn't ask our medical/military/high risk loved ones to sacrifice their jobs, or their health, for us. We decided, with our marriage license in hand, that we couldn't miss this opportunity, and asked Amber's parents to host a backyard wedding. Amber's sister and best friend couldn't be stopped, and drove across TX to support us, and even in the pouring rain, we pulled off a beautiful ceremony. My grandfather, FaceTime efficiated on an iPad suspended behind us, and our families, and wedding party members, joined our Zoom meeting, from a total of 9 states nation wide, dressed in their wedding attire, ready to watch us say, "I do". Even with all the hiccups, and glitches in technology,  the moment I saw her walk around the corner with her dad, that all fell away, and it hit me... I was finally marrying my person.
This day was made incredibly special by our coordinator, Heather. She was on the phone with Amber each day, as the president changed the rules of travel and congregation. Heather was so dedicated to helping us make this day happen, that her and her husband delivered equipment, set up our wedding alter in the rain, and found a wonderful photographer last minute to document this unique intimate moment. We are so grateful for the work our families put in to making this moment work for us, and it wouldn't have been complete without Heather's input, help, and flexibility!

We both went to the same high school, but we didn't end up meeting until after he graduated. During the summer, the high school had open gym and we both went up there to play volleyball. We were playing on the same team when we both went up to block. His elbow came down on my face and busted my lip. It started gushing blood! Ha not really, it was just a little bit... it felt like a lot though. If you were to ask Seth, he would say it was me who jumped into his elbow (eye roll).

Heather did an awesome job! She was always available to answer any random questions I had and was pretty quick in her responses. The wedding had a couple curve balls thrown at it the week before and Heather handled it in stride. Her assurance through the whole situation helped me stay calm and not stress out as much as I could have. She checked double and triple checked in with all vendors and made sure they were all on the same page. She made sure that everything was perfect on the wedding day. Shout out to her husband for all the work he did on the wedding day as well! 10/10 stars. Definitely will recommend to everyone I know who is getting married.

I, Martha, actually popped the question.  We were in a meeting with my aunt and her fiance, and they are always saying "When you know you know".  I was staring at Greg and in my heart I knew it was the time to ask my handsome boyfriend to marry.  I gave him a kiss and told him I loved him soooo much and ask him if he'd like to spend the rest of our lives together as husband and wife... he said "YES!".  As we moved to Texas and opened our business together, our love grew stronger... we knew more than ever that we could not wait to get married.  As October 17th came, I was so excited, nervous, and more in love each moment and could not wait to walk down the aisle to my husband.  As Heather's husband helped my into the golf cart, my heart was beating so fast and it was hard to catch my breath.  In that moment, my dad put his hand on my shoulder and told me how proud he was of me and how beautiful I was.  As I stepped from the golf cart, my dad held onto me and all I could think about was how blessed I was.  As I looked down the aisle and I saw my husband and he looked so handsome with his smile that lit up the venue... all I wanted to do was kiss him and love him.  Now I get to do that for the rest of my life!  He is my husband and I am his wife!!  Wahhoooo!!!

Heather, you my love are amazing!!  From the moment I met you till the day I married my husband!!! You made sure I didn’t worry or have any stress!!! Our wedding was perfect! Just as I wished for!!! Everything!!! I love how you kept it all on time and we didn’t feel rushed... I appreciate you in so many ways!!! Everything was so well organized and let me tell you.... I was not stressed with any wedding plans or even became a bridezilla... love that you made sure I was always ok and helped make our day perfect!!! You my dear have made my perfect day, perfect! I could not have done it without you!!! Thank you so much Heather for everything you did!!! You're an angel.

Our love story isn’t entirely traditional, but to me it’s like a fairytale. It was the closest thing that I think there is to love at first sight. The first time I told Taylor I loved her, I freaked out and ran out the door to go to work because I said it on accident. That was about two weeks into us dating and to this day I’m thankful that me freaking out about saying it and trying to take it back didn’t scare her off. She would say that I’ve grown from a rock with no emotions to occasionally having some to show, but even with me not being a very well-spoken guy I can genuinely say that I love her more than words can describe and that I’m glad that we started making plans to hang out on our wrap around porch when we’re old.

We LOVED the arch! It was beautiful, fit in well with our odd space, and was really easy for the boys to put together. It was really the best thing we could’ve gone with and thank you for allowing us to use it!

THE LANDMARK

Matt and I met online in 2014. Our first date was a year later. We went out for pints and pizza. We talked about our lives and little did either one of us realize, four years later we would be living in New Braunfels with our four dogs! We now have two kids and our little family might even grow more by the end of the year. We've created so many memories together that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. One of the most memorable was our wedding day which turned out perfect.

We are so thankful that Heather from The Perfect Day was there to make sure everything turned out great. The hours leading up to the ceremony she made sure we had nothing to worry about. She arrived early to manage getting all the vendors set up. She kept us on schedule throughout the entire celebration. We were able to enjoy our perfect day all thanks to The Perfect Day!
